Overview
Wasli is designed to help you remember when to reach out to people who matter to you. The app stores your schedules, events, templates, message drafts, and contact preferences so it can show your queue and help you prepare messages.
Wasli does not sell your personal information. This first version is built around local app data and user-controlled backups.
Information Wasli Uses
Depending on the features you use, Wasli may store:
- Schedule details, including due dates, recurrence, and status.
- Event details, including event names, dates, people, and message setup.
- Template names, template message text, and template categories.
- Custom messages you write for schedules or events.
- Contact-related information you choose to use in the app, such as contact name, selected phone number, selected email address, and preferred sending channel.
- Daily reminder settings, such as whether reminders are enabled and the reminder time.
Contacts
Wasli may ask for access to your contacts so you can choose people, import birthdays, or use contact names and available phone/email details for reminders. Contact access is used to support app functionality that you initiate.
Birthday import is review-based: you choose which contacts to import before schedules are created.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, Wasli can send a daily reminder to check schedules that are due or overdue. You can manage notification permission in iOS Settings.
Backups
Wasli can create backups that include templates, schedules, events, and saved contact defaults. If you save a backup to Files or iCloud, that backup is controlled by the storage location you choose.
Data Sharing
Wasli does not sell your data. The app may use system features such as Contacts, Notifications, Files, iCloud, and sharing flows when you choose to use those features.
Your Choices
- You can choose whether to grant Contacts permission.
- You can choose whether to enable Notifications.
- You can delete schedules, events, templates, and categories in the app.
- You control whether to create, store, share, or restore backups.
Children's Privacy
Wasli is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as Wasli evolves. The updated date above will change when the policy is revised.
